Affordable housing

For all the people that don’t want more growth and don’t want to have lower cost housing because they think it is a greater burden on the tax base that’s basically prejudice against people of lower income so that’s really wrong But those same people would also be angry and sad because their kids or grandchildren cannot come back to New Hampshire too expensive for them to move there and live there

Its true. Sadly many would prefer to “preserve property values” by keeping low cost houses out of towns. This is why zoning laws need to be overhauled. Let property owners do what they want as long as it doesn’t hurt others and complies with health standards and building / safety codes

We actually rank 10th highest cost of living states in the country which is quite sad.

It's true, normal hard working people cannot afford to live here. Apartment rent and/or home purchase is out of reach for most locals.
