Bullying in schools and risk of suicide

Bullying needs to be handled by the schools. It seems no one disciplines the kids that are bullying. A 12 year old in a nearby town committed suicide because of the bullying he received and other students complain about the same thing. The parents went to the school and to the police and they were told he just wanted attention. Now he's dead. Now they talk about counseling the other students. Someone needed to counsel this kid
