Business recruitment to NH

Florida, Texas, and other states are becoming more prosperous by recruiting wealthy individuals (who are frequently business owners) and businesses to their states. Florida might be able to eliminate their property tax as a result. A small group of legislators are pushing a strategy of more strategic growth (targeting specific industries with high paying jobs, like Life Sciences), for relocation to New Hampshire. They want to avoid polluters and resource intensive industries. They want to shift away from NH’s dependence on property taxes. Good idea?
