I agree should be legal it’s a plant and less dangerous than alcohol. Tax it and use the money for schools and other programs.

I also disagree. Scientific evidence is beginning to accumulatecannabis.
g brain damage to teens and young adults using cannabis, and cancers of the lungs, throat and mouth. At this point, I wouldn't consider starting the use of cannibis.

I disagree. I don’t want to be on the road with people smoking it and being impaired. Too many people abuse it it’s a gateway to other drugs. Does it bring in revenue? Yes but also brings in more social issues. Would you wanna go to work knowing that your coworker is under the influence and you working on a machine or operating a piece of heavy equipment and they run over you or kill you or disable you! No thank you ban at all across the United States. It also affects people with asthma, not alone, the cigarette smokes and cigar and pipe and other environmental issues that go along we need clean air.

My local reps raised a fair-ish point: there is no way to prove a DWI with cannabis.

Agreed.... People are going to other states to purchase cannabis products. The state of NH is losing out on tax money that could be put to other needed things in NH.

I think it's ridiculous we are surrounded by states that are legalized and getting them money. We could use the money for homeless and addiction.

I personally do not smoke however I do feel it should be legal. It is less damaging than alchohol and if taxed could be a good revenue to help ease the tax burden on hone owners.
