Get rid of our archaic taxes. Just have an income tax. Yes property taxes will drop. Housing should become more affordable.

NH should have a small sales tax. I don’t think an income tax is as fair as a sales tax.

MA and CT both started their income and sales taxes decades ago to alleviate their property tax burden. It didn't work. Now they have among the highest income, sales and property taxes in the country.
The only way to reduce taxes is to cut spending. Increasing the revenue only encourages ever more spending.

This is why we need to abolish the property tax and instead switch to income and sales tax. It then gives seniors that ability to stay in thier homes that they have paid off.
