School funding needs to be fixed. Property owners can't afford the rising taxes to foot the entire bill, especially in small towns.

Agree. The state needs to take a large brunt of the burden. So many schools are not properly funded, AND the burden to the towns is well over 70% of the overall tax bill. This is not a sustainable model and only hurts the children in the long run.
