Agree, child sexual abuse laws must always be high level felonies.

Laws concerning animal abuse are stronger than laws re child sexual abuse. Children who have been sexually abused have their entire futures negatively impacted, including marriage, education, career, and psychological well being. This crime needs to be penalized as severe as drug crimes. The impact on society especially for women is as severe as victims of drug addiction. Sexual predators are often within the home and are repeat offenders, they must be legally penalized in larger numbers. All sex offenders must receive high level felonies, never misdemeanors. Sexually abusing a child is not a minimal event.
