Common Ground
From "Welcome to The New Hampshire Forum!"
Go to the project
Rather than focusing on our differences, let's flip the script and search for Common Ground, as understood at the time our Declaration of Independence was written. Walter Isaacson articulates this clearly in his recent book The Greatest Sentence Ever Written. We are a mutifaceted community, with disparate perspectives, as was true 250 years ago. Nevertheless democracy requires us to live and work together now. For starters, we can find points of common ground and focus our efforts there, rather than on divisive issues.

We are all being robbed by Congress, the owners of the Fed, their subsidiary banks and the IRS. Attorneys made this robbery "legal". TV hides this issue from us by never mentioning it. All other "issues" help to hide it. This is what stole our freedom from us. Everyone needs to understand this and unite to stop the robbery. WE are the authorities and can do whatever WE want.
