Dcyf needs light

Laws aren't followed but what can you do because they threaten that If you speak up you will go to jail or lose your kids. How do loving parents not lose their kids to tpr for neglect? How can you ever prove to them that you love your kids enough when they start the adoption of your kids before even telling you what they want from you. And nothing is ever written down. The goal keeps changing. They can lie about you without losing their job. The whole system needs light on it so politicians can see the many problems.
