Make Ballot voting as the primary voting method of voting for town and school elections. Currently it requires a 3/5 majority to get SB2 to get away from m The 17th Century Town Meeting Method. Make SB2 the primary method and make it a 3/5 majority to get Town Meeting, Also consider making decisions on this voting process be done when more people vote like general elections in November. We have an impressive voter turnout of greater than 80% general election but have A 25 % turnout for town elections and less than 4% Town and School Town Meetings
