Eliminate property taxes on private land

Property taxes are inherently unconstitutional as they ensure no citizen truly owns land or a home. Senior citizens on fixed incomes who have paid off their mortgage are still being forced from their homes due to rising property taxes. Maintain property tax on businesses but eliminate the property tax for private residences (reasonable to limit one per family). And this should not include tax hikes in other areas, instead do what no government has ever done and eliminate fraud and waste and cut spending.
