High cost of commercial energy

My concern is the cost of industrial electricity. I work in a machine shop in Sullivan county with 700 employees so one of the larger employers in the county. The high cost of electricity make this facility uncompetitive with our other facilities in the west and the south. We are probably just a couple of years away from closing. New work goes to the other plants. Wages are high here too if either wages or energy were competitive I would not be so concerned. Obviously I don’t want a pay cut. What can we do to make the state competitive in energy costs.
