Infrastructure downshifting progressive regressive revamping

Revamping our tax system to lessen reliance on the regressive property tax with progressive taxes that tap into the hoarded wealth. We need better finance for public schools, provide better health care, and better maintain our infrastructure and stop downshifting state mandated costs on to cities and towns.
