Investment in NH airports

This is admittedly a first world problem, but we are mismanaging the smaller public airports around NH. There is unmet need for hangar space in many of these airports, and while I know there is limited federal funding to improve airport facilities, there are people waiting to pay for hangar space at every smaller airport I've contacted. It's not just hangar rent, more tenants mean more fuel sales, and increased spending in businesses near the airports (hotels, restaurants, etc.) We need to allocate state/local funding towards airport infrastructure.
