Medical decisions are best made between patients and their families and their medical providers. The state with a motto of “live free or die” should not be infringing on the right of bodily autonomy for women (abortion rights, reproductive freedom) and for transgender and GNC youth. Banning life-saving medical care for transgender youth and preventing them from participating in sports, benefits no one and only leads to harm, including depression and suicidal ideation (and sadly attempts).

I am the only one that lives in my body and mind. I decide what happens to it with my medical professional and myself. This includes whether or not I have a child, or if I am not comfortable with the body I was born in and Im looking for medical assistance to make it the way I feel most comfortable. I have that right so do you and so does EVERYONE else whether you agree with their choices or not. In NH we are the Live Free or Die state... why are we ok with the government choosing for us what we should have the right to choose for ourselves.
