Maintaining the Status Quo-No Long-Term Vision - Strategic Thinking -- Political Culture of Regression & Disparity

In our hyper partisan environment the thinking Under the Golden Dome is based on a two year cycle of being elected the next time There is this obsession with maintaining if not defending the current Status Quo This "Status Quo Thinking" is based on assumptions that worked well thirty plus years ago They do not work at all today but are creating the trajectory of huge economic disparities that are accelerating due to external factors more rapidly with each year So in essence this thinking is regressive and leads to even greater future dysfunction
