Marijuana is currently legal for medicinal use only, but the illnesses that qualify are very broad. Alcohol has many downsides to it, particularly addiction, disease, and sometimes death. However, that horse has left the barn. It does not make any sense to add to our society’s health and mental problems by legalizing marijuana.
