More state money for schools

NH is dead last in paying for K-12 education from its general funds. And yet we still rank in the top 10 in the U.S. for quality education, imagine what we could do if education was paid for properly. Stop giving the rich tax breaks. Reinstate the dividends and interest tax enact a capital gains tax and make it constitutionally binding to pay for education.
