New legislation

State Reps should be required to get support (signatures) from their constituents prior to supporting or submitting any legislation. This would eliminate the secret lsr process and prevent a lot of frivolous and/or undesirable language being put forward. Make the Reps really do “the people’s work”. Maybe a written document with 25 constituent’s signatures should be required in order for the language to be submitted.
