Open elections

In the interest of neutralizing the back and forth gerrymandering of congressional districts by the two dominant parties, and simplifying the voting process for all citizens regardless of affiliation, I propose that New Hampshire takes on the ballot model of open ballot elections, making the primary a full runoff, in which the top vote recipients for each party moves forward to the general election. This would streamline not only the ballot process as it would be one ballot, and also eliminate the need to go changing parties after voting.
