our heavy funding on property taxes/not taxing wealthy equitably

There needs to be fairness across taxation and not have donor towns where they pay less in taxes and with money going to charter schools it is being taken out of local public school funds with the state not paying enough and that money comes out of local tax payers for our schools; I am not for income tax unless it is done equitably and not for sales tax unless it is on high end items.
