Overabundance of School Administration impacting negatively on our childrens' education

Our children are not expected to seek out excellence in learning. Administration costs are skyrocketing while teachers are expected to not receive support from Admin. Allow our teachers to teach. Allow them to grow in their profession and expect our students to reach higher and grow to love learning. Remove the influence of the Teachers Union which uses its power to build a bureaucracy that does not support teachers or children.
