Parking fees & tolls

I believe that out of state visitors should pay more money to park & use toll roads than NH residents. Visitors fill up our venues, leaving little room for NH residents. If you look at parking venues in MA, usually, MA residents are given massive parking breaks, while they outrageously overcharge out of staters. Let me compare Hampton Beach parking, where MA residents overcrowd our beaches, yet pay the same rate as NH residents. Yet, just across the border at Maudeslay State Park, the parking is $5, while NH residents pay $20! Fair is fair.
