Single Ballot Primary for NH (non-Presidential election)

As the majority of residents are undeclared voters and to push back on the partisan trends is to have one single ballot for all candidates. There would be no need to declare for a party to get a ballot, everyone would get the same ballot to vote. Also the 2028 NH State Primary will be in June 2028 unless the law change gets repealed.
