State population growth control
From "Welcome to The New Hampshire Forum!"
Go to the project
Population growth that is too rapid brings with it many problems, such as pressure to accept the ideals of new residents, rising housing costs, housing shortages, and increased congestion on roads, in stores, and everywhere humans go. Controlling the growth rate gives time for acclimation and adjustments to be made, helping both those moving in and those already here.

There is no growth in NH. We are in stage 5 of the demographic transition. Birth wards have shuttered all over the state just in my life time.
