Tax the land, not the I'm improvements

Go to the project
Land is fixed. Buildings aren’t. When we tax houses, shops, and renovations, we punish people for creating value. When we tax land instead, we reward building, fixing, and investing. It is a fairer way to raise revenue, and it puts idle land to work.
