Taxes are unfair to property owners. Renters with children need to pay school taxes and people with no kids should not have to pay for school taxes. Taxes are ridiculous in most towns in NH.

Everyone should be paying taxes for schools. We all benefit from public education, and saying that folks who don’t have kids should not have to pay taxes for schools is shortsighted. I agree that property taxes are out of hand and the system needs to be changed, but children are everyone’s responsibility. That is how society continues, and deciding not to fund them because you “don’t have them” is super silly.
