Tenants need protections. It is not right for a landlord to degrade a person just because they are low income, on section eight, the opposite sex, or just to remind the tenant that they have all the control.
We deserve to live in a peaceful, healing housing. With code enforced also by a Housing agency.
If the tenant is bad then they need to take legal action. Not dump the problem on someone else. Because it is the good tenant that pays for it all.
