Walk, bike, transit

People need access to basic mobility, even if they can't drive. Restore access to schools, job centers, health care, goods and services, etc. We spend too much on our roads and not enough on basic mobility. We need human scale connections so that people who don't have a vehicle or can't drive can connect to what they need.
